Wolverhampton Wanderers, Leeds United and Middlesbrough have all shown interest in the 23-year-old, who looks set to be available again this month.
Wolverhampton Wanderers have joined Leeds United and Middlesbrough in enquiring over Patrick Bamford’s availability, reports ESPN.
It is claimed the striker is set to be recalled by his parent club Chelsea, having failed to make an impact on loan to Burnley this season.
And the Blues reportedly plan to send Bamford back on loan, with Wolves, Leeds and former club Middlesbrough already showing interest in the 23-year-old.
Patrick Bamford celebrates scoring for Middlesbrough
Wolves are keen to add a new striker this month, with none of their own finding the net in a Championship fixture since August, while Leeds are also in the market for attacking reinforcements as they continue their push for promotion back to the Premier League.
The Express & Star reported on Wednesday that Wolves have had an enquiry for Aston Villa’s Ross McCormack rebuffed, as the Whites prepare a £1.5 million offer for West Ham’s Ashley Fletcher, according to the Sun.
Rudy Gestede has left Aston Villa for Middlesbrough
Middlesbrough, meanwhile, have today bolstered their front line with Rudy Gestede and will perhaps have to move on both David Nugent and Jordan Rhodes before bringing in another in their position.
Would Bamford be a good addition at Molineux/Elland Road/The Riverside?
