Italian outlet CMW claim Juventus could take advantage of West Ham wanting to sign Luca Pellegrini – and include him in a shock player-plus-cash deal for England star Jarrod Bowen.
Reports from Italy emerged this week (Gazzetta Dello Sport, via TMW) that West Ham want to solve their left-back concerns with a move for 23-year-old Juventus and Italy international Pellegrini.
He is on the fringes at Juventus and only managed 21 senior appearances under Max Allegri. Alex Sandro remains first choice. Pellegrini is likely to be looking for a move and the new report says he would cost between £8.5m and £13m.

However, Juventus are now considering a move in which they use West Ham’s interest to their advantage. There are admirers of Bowen at Juventus headquarters, after a stunning 2021-22 campaign for the East Londoners.
Bowen, 25, had a hand in a whopping 30 goals during 50 appearances – scoring 17 and creating 13. Juventus are keen, and could now use Pellegrini to tempt West Ham into a player-plus-cash sale of their ex-Hull winger.
Juventus could include Pellegrini in deal for West Ham star Bowen
The interest in Bowen is beginning to ramp up, with Arsenal and Chelsea showing interest in the attacker in recent weeks. Whether Bowen leaves West Ham this summer remains to be seen, but he has a contract until 2025.
A move to Juventus would be illustrious but is it the right one for his career? Surely, at 25, he would rather continue to play in the Premier League and then consider the Serie A when he gets closer to his thirties.
West Ham do want Pellegrini, though, and if the cash offer alongside Pellegrini is enough – then it might just tempt West Ham into considering an offer. No doubt, though, they would rather just buy Pellegrini.
