Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal are competing with Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea for West Ham United star Jarrod Bowen, according to 90min.

The report has claimed that Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United all have shown interest in recent weeks in securing the services of Bowen in the summer transfer window.

Liverpool and Newcastle United are also interested in the Englishman.

West Ham, though, have no interest in selling the 25-year-old, who can operate as a winger, forward or midfielder, according to the report.

90min have claimed that the Hammers are ready to offer a bumper new contract to Bowen, who earns £80,000 per week (Salary) at the Hammers now.

Arsenal or Chelsea for Jarrod Bowen?

In our view, West Ham star Jarrod Bowen would find Chelsea more appealing than Arsenal at the moment.

Chelsea have new owners now and regularly challenge for the Premier League title and compete in the Champions League every season.

Arsenal are in the middle of their big project and failed to finish in the Premier League top four this past season.

Chelsea also would be able to pay Bowen a lot more than that he gets at West Ham now.

Described as a player whose “whole career’s been a fairytale” by his former Hereford United manager Pete Beadle on BBC Sport this week, Bowen scored 12 goals and gave 10 assists in the Premier League this past season.
