Tottenham target Munir El Haddadi is set to snub a move to White Hart Lane to instead join Celta Vigo on loan, according to Spanish publication Marca.
The Barcelona forward has been on Spurs’ radar this summer – as reported by the likes of the Daily Mail – but they look to have missed out, with the 20-year old preferring a La Liga stay.
Marca report that Munir’s departure is dependent on Barca securing the signing of Paco Alacer, upon which he will be allowed to leave on loan.

Clubs across Europe have shown interest in the talented young forward but he reportedly views Celta as the best place for his development.
Mauricio Pochettino has been frustrated in his attempts to bolster his squad, with Vincent Janssen and Victor Wanyama still the only new arrivals this summer.
Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha looks dejected
The club are close to securing deals for Pau Lopez and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and have today been linked with a £15 million move for Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha.
Tottenham’s Nabil Bentaleb
Tottenham have been proactive in moving players on this window, with DeAndre Yedlin and Nabil Bentaleb joining Alex Pritchard and Federico Fazio in leaving, and more could yet follow.
The likes of Ryan Mason, Tom Carroll and Nacer Chadli have all been linked with moves away this summer and Spurs run the risk of leaving themselves short-staffed if adequate replacements are not brought in.
