Tottenham Hotspur will be offered the chance to sign Paulo Dybala this summer, according to the Daily Star.
Tottenham almost completed a deal for the Juventus forward when Mauricio Pochettino was in charge, but they failed to get a deal over the line, due to the costs involved in making the transfer.
Spurs are now said to be on alert again, with the Star saying Mourinho will be offered the chance to sign him for £40 million.
There are more doubts over the transfer at Tottenham now than their once were though.
And even if Spurs are given the chance to land the Argentine, whether they will commit £40 million to sign him remains to be seen.
It is claimed that Spurs have some worries over his injury record, with Dybala suffering a number of fitness problems in recent years.

But, crucially, the report states that Spurs are still interested in him.
The talk that Tottenham could land the creative forward is sure to excite many in North London.
Dybala actually chanted ‘Come on You Spurs’ in a FIFA game with Tottenham’s Dele Alli last year, as HITC reported, which excited Spurs fans.
On his day, he remains a world-class talent, as Blaise Matiudi has outlined (Football-Italia), and a signing of his calibre, would certainly prove Tottenham’s ambition to improve.
