Tottenham Hotspur play host to Southampton at Wembley today.

A report from popular football news website Football.London claims that Spurs have received a huge boost ahead of their clash with Southampton today, with the Saints set to be without four of their key men.
Tottenham have been nowhere near their best this season, with inconsistency undermining their ability to mount a sustained challenge for the Premier League title.
They currently sit 21 points adrift of league leaders Manchester City, and their target for the season now will surely be to just finish inside the top four and win a cup competition.

Southampton, meanwhile, have had plenty of problems of their own, and currently sit in 13th position in the Premier League table, just three points clear of the drop zone.
And things won’t get any easier for the Saints at Wembley today, with Football.London claiming that they will be without four key men.

According to the football news website, Injuries will prevent both Cedric Soares and Ryan Bertrand from playing against Spurs. Virgil van Dijk is also not expected to play whilst Charlie Austin misses the clash through suspension.
The south coast outfit will surely still be resolute and hard to beat, however, so Tottenham cannot afford to take anything for granted, and will have to be at their very best, if they are to have any chance of winning the game.
