Todd Boehly plan regarding Chelsea midfielder Mateo Kovacic blow for Liverpool and Manchester City
In our view, Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly’s plan regarding Mateo Kovacic is a blow for Liverpool and Manchester City.
Boehly clearly wants to use the £150,000-a-week (SalarySport) midfielder in order to bring in Onana, a player Chelsea have reportedly spoken directly to already.
The Cameroonian goalkeeper is the player that Chelsea want to sign.
Earlier this month, Italian journalist Rudy Galetti reported that Manchester City and Newcastle United want to sign Kovacic in the summer transfer window.

90min reported in March that Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City all are keen on the 29-year-old.
However, it seems that Chelsea have other plans regarding Kovacic.
The Chelsea no. 8 has made 17 starts and nine substitute appearances in the Premier League this season.
Kovacic has scored one goal and given two assists in those games.
