Rangers are expected to bid farewell to the former Chelsea youth as he prepares for a return to England

Nathan Young-Coombe is set to leave Rangers.
The 18-year-old striker has impressed with Rangers’ Colts side, and scored the winner against Celtic in the Scottish Youth Cup Final.
As reported by Record Sport, the youngster had previously been linked with West Ham but is now heading for Brentford.
He will sign a permanent deal to play for the English Championship side’s B team.
Young-Coombes, who has played at youth level for England, arrived at Ibrox from Chelsea in January 2019.

Former Rangers midfielder Alex Rae, meanwhile, has hailed the team’s superb defensive record.
With just seven goals conceded in 27 Premiership matches, Steven Gerrard’s men are yet to be defeated in the league this season.
Rae reserved particular praise for Allan McGregor after the veteran keeper kept another clean sheet in Wednesday night’s 1-0 win over St Johnstone.
Speaking on BBC Scotland’s The Nine, Rae said: “I think that’s 21 clean sheets in total. It’s only seven goals (conceded) in 27 games, and I think that’s the foundation.
“I think Steven Gerrard’s identified that in the summer. They’ve done a lot of good work and they look so solid, and even when they do breach the backline they’ve got a guy in Allan McGregor who time after time pulls off phenomenal saves.

“But we’re just passed two thirds of the way through and I’ve never seen a team be so dominant.
“I think they’ve dropped six points. So I think in all aspects, all statistics, Rangers are very strong at the moment.
“They’ll be looking to continue. They probably want to go through the season undefeated now, in terms of the league campaign.”
