According to SPORT, Barcelona and Juventus have agreed terms on a swap deal which will see Tottenham Hotspur targets Nelson Semedo and Mattia De Sciglio switch clubs.

It’s claimed that Barcelona will be signing two players from Juventus. Full back De Sciglio is one of them, but the big player in the move is midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

The Bosnian will seemingly head to the Camp Nou alongside De Sciglio and a €25million (£22million) fee, in exchange for Barcelona right back Nelson Semedo.

Semedo will go and solve Juventus’s right back issues. They haven’t had great success there since selling Joao Cancelo to Manchester City last summer, and reports emerged about Maurizio Sarri’s view of De Sciglio.

Mundo Deportivo claim that De Sciglio just doesn’t offer enough going forward for Sarri. Now, he will get his attack-minded right back in Cancelo’s compatriot Semedo.

This swap may just impact Tottenham Hotspur. Tuttomercatoweb reported just days ago that Spurs were discussing a potential swap of their own; De Sciglio for Danny Rose.

Guillem Balague has also noted that Tottenham want Barcelona right back Semedo, possibly in a move that would have seen Tanguy Ndombele head to Catalunya.

Now though, the two full backs look to be heading elsewhere in the same deal, leaving Spurs to go back to the drawing board for a new right back.
