Leeds United are thought to be closing in on a deal to sign Alfonso Pedraza.
According to a report in the Yorkshire Evening Times, Alfonso Pedraza is a Garry Monk target for Leeds United.
Leeds have been surprisingly inactive so far during the January transfer window, with Pablo Hernandez the only permanent signing they have made.

Garry Monk has expressed a need for new additions this month, but the Whites’ board are yet to provide him with any fresh faces.

Leeds are now running out of time to make any signings, but Villarreal winger Pedraza is thought to be close to completing a move to Elland Road.
Pedraza is believed to have been a player who Monk has had on his transfer wishlist since the start of the month.

The young winger has scored six goals and made eight assists in La Liga 2 this season, while on a loan spell with Lugo.
If Pedraza does arrive before the end of the month, Leeds’ business is not expected to finish there.
