Tottenham Hotspur Managing Director of Football, Fabio Paratici, is ready to offload Davinson Sanchez to bring Stefan de Vrij from Inter Milan to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the January transfer window, according to CMW.

The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that should Inter and De Vrij not find an agreement over a new deal, then Tottenham could make a bid for the Netherlands international central defender in January.

The 30-year-old is out of contract at former Italian champions Inter at the end of the season.

CMW have reported that Paratici could offer €4-5 million (£3.5m-£4.39 million) in transfer fees for De Vrij and include Sanchez in the deal.

The Tottenham official could offer the £40 million (Sky Sports) Colombia international to Inter on loan until June with an option to make the deal permanent for €15-18 million (£13.16-£15.79 million).

CMW have claimed that Inter have long wanted Sanchez, who is not fancied by Tottenham boss Conte.

No Tottenham Hotspur future for Davinson Sanchez

In our view, Davinson Sanchez does not have a future at Tottenham Hotspur.

The 26-year-old has failed to make a massive impact at Spurs and is merely a squad player at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at the moment.

Sanchez has made six starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League and has played 12 minutes in the UEFA Champions League for Tottenham so far this season.

The defender made 17 starts and six substitute appearances in the league last season.
