West Bromwich Albion will sell Leeds United and Aston Villa target Matheus Pereira for £15 million, according to TEAMtalk.
It has been reported that West Brom have told Pereira that he can leave this summer if they get £15 million.
Villa have reportedly made enquiries about the 25-year-old Brazilian winger, and so have Brighton and Hove Albion.
The Express reported in May that Leeds are among the clubs interested in Pereira, who can also operate as an attacking midfielder.
Pereira is one of the better players for West Brom.
Yes, the Baggies got relegated from the Premier League, but that was not the fault of the Brazilian.
The 25-year-old made 30 starts and three substitute appearances in the league for the Baggies this past season.

Pereira scored 11 goals and gave six assists in those games.
Pablo Hernandez is leaving Leeds, and the Whites could do with a replacement.
Jack Grealish is the creator-in-chief at Villa, but manager Dean Smith is unlikely to have Ross Barkley in his squad next season.
For £15 million, Pereira could prove to be a bargain signing for Leeds or Villa and could help them push for the European places in the Premier League table next season.
