According to De Telegraaf, PSV Eindhoven will be unable to ignore offers worth €30m (£26m) for Arsenal and Leeds target Cody Gakpo.
Arsenal or Leeds could land a bargain
Well, the Netherlands international is one of the hottest forwards on the planet right now, and has actually registered more goal involvements than Erling Haaland this season.
