Southampton’s deal to sign Chelsea’s young right back Valentino Livramento does include a huge buy-back clause for the Blues.
That’s according to Goal, who claim that that Chelsea have inserted a buy-back clause worth more than £25million into Livramento’s move.
Southampton are only paying £5million to sign Livramento, so the Saints could make a huge profit on the teenager in the coming years.
Having a fixed fee in place maybe isn’t ideal as Southampton can’t dictate his asking price, but a £20million profit isn’t to be sniffed at for the Saints.
Livramento, 18, had turned down Brighton for a move to Southampton whilst the Daily Mail claim that Arsenal wanted to sign him too.
With Livramento inside the final year of his contract, Chelsea have decided to sell now and potentially bring him back in the future.

Livramento will now hope for first-team action with the Saints, and he is seen as a player who can challenge at right back or left back.
The teenager was superb in Chelsea’s developmental ranks last season, racking up three goals and 10 assists for the Blues – and he looks to be a hugely exciting capture for Southampton.
