According to Fanatik, Celtic and Rangers are still interested in signing Bright Osayi-Samuel, and a significant development has occurred.
What’s the story?
Well, Fenerbahçe signed the rapid forward from Queens Park Rangers back in January, for a sum of €500,000 (£425,854).
However, Osayi-Samuel has struggled to impress in Turkey.
Fanatik believe the 23-year-old has found it difficult to adapt to Vítor Pereira’s system.
Now, Fenerbahçe are happy to sell him, and have slapped a €3m (£2.6m) asking price on the Nigerian’s head.
In total, Osayi-Samuel has scored one goal in 19 appearances for Fenerbahçe.
Celtic and Rangers must get bidding

In our view, despite his struggles in the Süper Lig, Osayi-Samuel would still thrive in Scottish football – he has all the attributes to succeed.
He impressed at QPR, so much so that Premier League clubs – such as Crystal Palace – were interested in signing him at one point.
Osayi-Samuel – who was once called ‘exciting‘ on Sky Sports – is clearly a brave player to take on such an adventurous career choice at just 23.

In our view, he will be better for it, despite struggling.
There is plenty to like about the dynamic attacker, and at 23, his best years are still ahead of him.
For only £2.6m, Celtic and Rangers would be crazy not to get involved.
