Ze Luis is the latest striker to be linked with a move to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Brighton & Hove Albion have had a £5 million bid for Spartak Moscow’s Ze Luis turned down, according to the Sun.
However, it is claimed the Seagulls are ‘pondering’ a fresh approach for the Cape Verde international, who has scored four goals and created six more in 14 outings this season.
Brighton have averaged less than a goal a game in the Premier League and are expected to add to their forward line in January, having failed to do so during the summer transfer window.

Citing sources in Moscow, however, the Sun reports that Spartak are unwilling to part with Ze Luis this winter. Brighton, though, do not appear to be giving up.
Ze Luis has averaged around a goal every three games throughout his career, although a spell at Gil Vicente in Portugal delivered an improved tally of 21 goals from 48 matches.

Chris Hughton’s side have also been credited with interest in Everton striker Oumar Niasse [Daily Mail], while West Bromwich Albion are said to be keeping close tabs on Seagulls defender Lewis Dunk [Gambling Times].
