Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers wants to sign former Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney from Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal in the summer transfer window, according to 90min.
The report has claimed Leicester manager Rodgers remains an admirer of Tierney from the time they worked together at Celtic.
Rodgers wanted to sign Tierney from Arsenal in 2020, but he could not.
However, according to the report, if Arsenal show any willingness to sell Tierney in the summer transfer window, then Rodgers will make his interest known as well and could make a bid.
Real Madrid are also reportedly keen on the 24-year-old Scotland international left-back, who moved to Arsenal from Celtic in the summer of 2019 for £25 million (BBC Sport).

Kieran Tierney unlikely to leave Arsenal for Leicester
In our view, it is very unlikely that Tierney will leave Arsenal for Leicester in the summer transfer window.
The Scotsman has established himself as an important player in the Arsenal team and is one of the best left-backs in the Premier League.
Arsenal are a bigger club than Leicester and are doing much better as well.
In our opinion, there is no reason whatsoever for Tierney to even think of a move to Leicester now.
