Pierre Emerick Aubameyang is expected to be handed a chance to make amends by Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta against Olympiacos on Thursday, according to a report in the Times.
Aubameyang was dropped from Arsenal’s starting line-up for their game against Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend, after arriving late.
Aubameyang is said to have been angered by Arteta’s strict approach, but the Arsenal striker is now set to start tomorrow.
The Gunners already have a commanding lead in the contest, after winning the first leg 3-1, but Aubameyang will surely be determined to give a reminder of his quality.
His place in Arsenal’s team is no longer certain, as Alexandre Lacazette performed well in the striking role against Spurs.

Aubameyang, who was recently called ‘amazing’ by Martin Odegaard (club’s official website), remains Arsenal’s biggest goal threat, but he hasn’t produced his usual level of goals this term.
And it will be important for the experienced forward to get on the scoresheet, to put this matter to bed once and for all.
