According to a report from the Mail, Arsenal are considering a summer move for Amiens’ Serhou Guirassy.

Mikel Arteta has a lot to consider about his strikers this summer. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will soon enter the final year of his contract and he will have to be sold if he refuses to sign a new deal.

Alexandre Lacazette has had his fair share of problems this season and has been linked with a move away from the club.

Atletico Madrid have been tipped to be his next destination for quite some time. But Lacazette and his representatives quashed those rumours on Twitter a few weeks ago. (Read here)

There is no way Arsenal will allow both Lacazette and Aubamayeng to leave in the same window. But losing one of them will make signing a replacement a top priority.

Guirassy has had a very impressive campaign in Ligue 1 this season. The 24-year-old scored nine goals in 23 starts and has allegedly caught the attention of multiple Premier League clubs.

West Ham, Bournemouth (Mail) and Tottenham (Le10 Sport) have been credited with an interest and it is no surprise considering the Frenchman could be available for a cut-price fee because of Amiens’ relegation.

It will be interesting to see if Guirassy can bang in the same number of goals in the tougher English league. However the early signs are good and it will be an interesting summer for him and Arsenal.
