Premier League giants Liverpool and Arsenal have both made enquiries about the availability of £30 million Juventus star Dejan Kulusevski this month, as reported by TuttoJuve.
After Liverpool quickly accepted defeat in their pursuit of Federico Chiesa – Juve have absolutely no intention of cashing in on a man who looks set to challenge Cristiano Ronaldo’s throne over the next few months – it seems Jurgen Klopp and co have turned to another up-and-coming superstar who moved to Turin during the short-lived reign of Andrea Pirlo.
But, like Italy’s spring-heeled Euro 2020 hero, Kulusevski isn’t going anywhere either.
The Sweden international endured a bit of a hit-and-miss debut season at the 36-time Scudetto winners.
But a 21-year-old midfielder who was named Serie A’s Young Player of the Year as recently as 2020 is still a major part of the club’s rebuilding project and, like Chiesa, has been placed firmly in the ‘non-transferable’ category.
Will Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham miss out on Dejan Kulusevski?
TuttoJuve add that Arsenal have also expressed an interest in Kulusevski, a man whose defences-splitting passes and driving runs have led to comparisons with a certain Kevin de Bruyne.

This is not the first time Arsenal have tried to sign the former Atalanta starlet either.
But like in 2016, when a teenage Kulusevski turned down the chance to join the London giants for as little as £86,000, their pursuit looks set to end in disappointment.
Meanwhile, reports suggesting that Tottenham are keen on Kulusevski too should come as no surprise at all.
Fabio Paratici, the club’s newly-appointed managing director, was the man who brought Kulusevski to Juventus in the first place after all.
But barring a dramatic U-turn, both Kulusevski and Chiesa will still be Juventus players next season, as the Old Lady looks to bounce back from a traumatic 2020/21 campaign and reclaim her place at the top of the Serie A tree.
