According to Tuttosport, Antonio Conte cannot wait to work with Tottenham wonderkid Destiny Udogie when he returns from Udinese.
Tottenham have a gem in Destiny Udogie
Back in August, Tottenham completed the signing of the Italy Under-21 international in a £15m deal from Udinese.
According to Ferdinando Guarino – Udogie’s agent – Spurs beat Juventus and Inter Milan to his signature, before agreeing to loan the prodigy back to Udinese for the 2022/23 campaign.
The 19-year-old has carried his fine form from last season into this term, scoring two goals in his first six Serie A appearances having netted five goals and assisted a further three in 35 appearances in the previous campaign.
Clearly, Udogie is capable of making a big impact in the final third from his left wing-back position, which is probably why Conte simply cannot wait to work with his fellow countryman.

Tuttosport believe the 53-year-old is rubbing his hands at the prospect of managing the teenager, who looks set to become one of the best wing-backs in Europe if he continues developing at this rate.
Udogie has helped Udinese to third in Serie A, with the Italian side winning five of their opening seven league games.
Destiny Udogie should worry Tottenham players
In our view, the likes of Ryan Sessegnon and Ivan Perisic should be concerned about slipping behind Udogie in the left wing-back pecking order next season, given Conte’s excitement to work with the youngster.
Spending £15m on a teenager is a big statement, so Conte and Fabio Paratici clearly have a lot of belief in the Verona-born defender.
Additionally, we can’t imagine Tottenham convinced him to ignore Inter Milan and Juventus with the promise of a place on the bench, so we expect him to be in contention for a starting role next season.
If that does turn out to be the case, then Sessegnon and Perisic should be prepared to see their roles reduced.
