According to ESPN, Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign Alvaro Morata, after Arsenal made a bid for the Spaniard.

Well, it was said that the Gunners made an offer to Atlético Madrid for the 29-year-old.
Mikel Arteta is keen to add another frontman to his squad despite the signing of Gabriel Jesus, as Arsenal have lost Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette in 2022.
Now, however, the striker he is targeting has been offered to Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford.
Manchester United are rummaging through the bargain store to find a new forward, having bizarrely submitted a bid to sign 33-year-old Marko Arnautovic from Bologna.
Morata spent last season on loan at Juventus, but his future is now up in the air after the Italian giants decided against turning the £125,000-a-week man’s move into a permanent deal.
The Arsenal target scored 12 goals in 48 appearances last term, while also providing nine assists.
Morata has already entered the final 12 months of his contract with Atlético Madrid, hence why he is being offered around as the Spanish side look to recoup some money – presumably, Arsenal’s offer was not good enough.
Arsenal must leave Morata to Manchester United
In our view, Arteta would be a fool to sign Morata.
The Spaniard struggled to impress during his time in the Premier League with Chelsea, scoring just 16 goals in 47 appearances before he was somehow sold to Atlético Madrid after just two seasons for a sum of £58m.
Arteta already has his main man in Gabriel Jesus, while Eddie Nketiah was signed to a new contract to compete with the Brazilian.
Therefore, the Gunners do not necessarily need to spend lots on a high earner such as Morata to warm the bench and provide depth to the attack – a younger, hungrier option should be targeted instead.
