Arsenal target Andre Onana has reportedly pulled the plug on a move to Olympique Lyonnais this summer.
According to De Telegraaf, the Ajax keeper was set for a move to France after an agreement was reached.
However, ‘bigger clubs’ have swooped in at the final moment, which have seemingly turned the Cameroonian’s head.
As per the report, Arsenal have been seriously linked with Onana this window.

But interest in the 25-year-old has died down in recent weeks. Indeed, Sam Johnstone and Aaron Ramsdale appear to be Mikel Arteta’ main goalkeeping targets.
The future of Bernd Leno is up in the air with the German international coming off the back of a shaky season with the Gunners.
The 29-year-old was off the boil in some fixtures for Arsenal, and a new keeper seems to be on the club’s agenda this window.

Moreover, Leno has just two years remaining on his current deal. And there is no indication so far that the former Bayer Leverkusen star will sign a new contract with Arsenal.
Onana is perfect for Arsenal
With Johnstone a year younger than Leno and Ramsdale enduring two back-to-back relegations in the Premier League, neither option has filled Arsenal fans with hope this summer as a replacement for their current number one.

However, Onana could be the perfect player to replace the German keeper at Arsenal.
The former FC Barcelona keeper is four years younger than Leno and has proven both in the UEFA Champions League and Eredivisie to be an excellent shot-stopper and technical player.
With Ajax willing to sell for cheap, as well, it is a no-brainer that Arsenal should be pouncing for Onana this window. Whether or not they will, though, is another story.
