Everton have begun their preparations for the upcoming summer transfer window.
Over the weekend, reports emerged linking Everton to Atletico Madrid forward Alexander Sorloth.
Moyes has made it clear he wants more firepower up front and additional options at full-back.
Given those priorities, a move for West Ham’s El Hadji Malick Diouf could be well-timed once the season wraps up.
If West Ham drop down a division, Diouf would likely be available, and his style of play fits what Moyes looks for in that position.
El Hadji Malick Diouf should be at the top of Everton’s list this summer

Since arriving from Slavia Prague in a £19m deal last summer, Diouf has quickly made a name for himself as one of the standout left-backs in the Premier League.
With Vitalii Mykolenko expected to depart when his contract expires, bringing in the 21-year-old would be a clear step up for Moyes’ side.
The West Ham defender would also bring some much-needed attacking presence down that side, which would be a perfect match if Jack Grealish complete a permanent move from Manchester City.
Grealish has often looked isolated without wide support and an overlapping option might open up more opportunities for him in central areas.
This season, Diouf already has five assists and rates highly for accurate crosses, key passes and progressive carries.
His defensive stats are also impressive, with strong numbers in duels won, interceptions and aerial battles. Those attributes align well with what Moyes typically looks for.
If West Ham were to go down, it could make sense financially as well. It would not be surprising to see him valued at around £30m if that happens.
