Leeds United could still sign Frank Lampard as he is a free agent.
Ray Parlour has told the Alan Brazil Sports Breakfast, which was broadcast on TalkSPORT on 1st February, that Leeds United should make a move to sign Frank Lampard.
Leeds brought in three players in permanent deals in the January transfer window – with Pablo Hernandez, Alfonso Pedraza and Modou Barrow all joining the Elland Road club.

However, Parlour believes that Garry Monk should still be looking to add further quality to his line-up.
