Rangers have a big summer ahead of them as they look to amend last season’s mistakes and beat arch-rivals Celtic to league glory.
Philippe Clement replaced Michael Beale as Rangers boss last October and he led the Glasgow giants on a title charge.
They closed the gap to Celtic at the top of the Scottish Premiership table but fell just short of winning the league in the final few weeks.
However, a new season is on the horizon and their second-placed league finish last season means they must pass through the play-off qualifiers to reach the 2024-25 Champions League.
The draw for their Champions League play-off opponents takes place later this month on 22 July, so time is running out for Rangers to get their summer business over the line.
Clement will want to make his mark on this Rangers squad and he has spoken openly about wanting to make the loan deal for Fabio Silva permanent.
After striking the loan deal in January, Clement said: “I would prefer to buy Fabio but he was too expensive for the club so that’s why it’s a loan.”

Rangers receive boost for permanent Fabio Silva deal
Silva didn’t exactly hit the ground running at Ibrox – in fact, he finished the season having scored just six goals in 25 appearances.
But it is clear that Clement rates the 21-year-old highly and still sees a future for him in Scotland.
Silva has since returned to parent club Wolves after his loan deal expired, but the Premier League outfit have given a major sign that he could be sold this summer.
Wolves have jetted out to Spain for their pre-season preparations but have left Silva out of their travelling squad.
Manager Gary O’Neil called up 29 players for the pre-season visit but left out Silva, suggesting that he is up for sale.
Rangers could now strike bargain Fabio Silva deal
Wolves have made it blindingly clear that Silva is not in their long-term plans.
He arrived at Molineux for a club-record fee of £35million in 2020 but he has painfully failed to live up to expectations.

Recouping that fee is now impossible for Wolves this summer and it seems a cut-price deal could be on the cards if Rangers move quickly.
Clement admitted that he wanted to sign Silva on a permanent basis last January and he might now have the chance to do so this summer.
