Juventus midfielder Aaron Ramsey has accepted the offer from Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s Rangers and could move to Ibrox on January transfer deadline day, according to TMW.

TMW are reporting that former Arsenal midfielder Ramsey has accepted the proposal from Scottish Premiership club Rangers.

The former Arsenal midfielder will join Rangers on loan until the end of the season.

Juventus will reportedly pay part of the Wales international’s £400,000-a-week salary, and Rangers will have an option to make the loan deal permanent in the summer of 2022, according to the report.

Meanwhile, The Athletic have reported that Ramsey is at a private airport terminal in the UK and will decide which team he will join imminent.

The report has added that Ramsey is open to a move to Rangers, and TMW’s claim suggests that he has made up his mind.

Aaron Ramsey would be massive for Rangers

In our view, Ramsey would be a brilliant signing for Rangers and would make the Gers so much better in midfield.

The former Arsenal player is a very dynamic midfielder who could play in a box-to-box role and would enhance Rangers’ chances of winning the Scottish Premiership title for the second season in a row.

Ramsey is a big name in world football, and if Rangers are able to bring the Welshman to Ibrox even on loan, then, in our opinion, it would be a statement signing.
