Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s Rangers are in talks with Juventus over bringing Aaron Ramsey to Ibrox on January transfer deadline day, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported on his website that Rangers are speaking to Juventus over signing the former Arsenal midfielder today.
Juventus want to offload the Wales international and are trying to come to an agreement over the transfer of the 31-year-old.
Di Marzio has added that Premier League club Burnley are also interested in signing Ramsey today.
Aaron Ramsey would be a coup for Rangers

The former Arsenal midfielder is a box-to-box dynamic player who would be able to make an instant impact at Ibrox.
Yes, Ramsey has had injury problems and is not a regular in the Juventus team at the moment, but we cannot ignore what he did at Arsenal.
Ramsey was one of the better players at the Gunners and is still very popular among the North London club’s fans.
Now, if Juventus are willing to get rid of Ramsey, then it is likely that they will not ask for a lot in transfer fees, especially as they signed him on a free.
The problem for Rangers is that Ramsey is reportedly on a salary of £400,000 per week.
Tuttosport have reported that if Rangers do sign Ramsey, then it would be on loan until the end of the season.
Juventus would reportedly cover part of the midfielder’s salary.
If that’s the case, then, in our view, Rangers should bring Ramsey to Ibrox and enhance their chances of winning the Scottish Premiership title for the second season in a row.
