Rangers remain unbeaten after 29 league games

Rangers have had the best season of any team in the world according to an international form table.
Having played 29 games so far, Steven Gerrard’s side remain unbeaten as they head towards a likely title win.
They’ve only dropped points on four occasions, and Saturday’s 1-0 win over Kilmarnock at Ibrox took them within four victories of being crowned champions.
It’s a run of form that sees them top of Transfermarkt’s international form table for the 2020/21 campaign.

Their haul of 79 points puts them 10 clear of second-placed Internacional and 11 ahead of third-placed Flamengo, both of whom play in Brazil’s Campeonato Brasileiro Série A.
Despite a largely frustrating campaign, Celtic also find themselves in the top 10.
A run of four straight victories in recent weeks sees Neil Lennon’s men in seventh place on 61 points, one point above Club Brugge of Belgium.
Some of Europe’s elite squeeze into the top 20, with PSG, Atletico Madrid, Ajax and Manchester City in 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th respectively.

Speaking to Rangers TV after Ryan Jack’s goal secured the points against Killie, Gerrard said: “It is certainly an improvement on last week, we had a few meetings early in the week to reset ourselves and I thought we were back today today in terms of owning the pitch and our organisation out of possession.
“Allan McGregor had a relatively quiet afternoon but I’d like us to be a bit more clinical and ruthless going forward.
“I think we created the chances but i’ll never complain after a 1-0 win. It is another clean sheet and that is 14 wins out of 14 at home which is the standard and level we have been striving for so credit to the boys.”
