Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has given his verdict on the performances of Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Guardiola has said what he truly thought of Chelsea duo Palmer and Mudryk against his City side.
So, what has Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola said about Chelsea duo Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk?
Let’s have a look.
What’s the story?
Well, Chelsea played out a 4-4 draw with Manchester City in London in the Premier League on Sunday.
It was a hugely entertaining match that had goals and not a lot of VAR controversies.
I think that it was the best Premier League game of the season so far.
City headed into the game as favourites, but Chelsea were brilliant and deservedly picked up a point from the encounter.
After the match, City manager Pep Guardiola picked two Chelsea players for praise – Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk.

Guardiola said on BBC Sport: “It was a good advert and entertaining game for the Premier League and both teams wanted to win.
“I wouldn’t have expected differently.
“Chelsea have a fantastic team and players.
“And we know they always play good against fantastic sides.
“We took the game [to Chelsea] it was difficult to control and they had quality from Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk.
“The players to dribble and run it was difficult to control the game – they were aggressive.”
Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk impressive for Chelsea vs Manchester City
In my view, Chelsea youngsters Cole Palmer and Mykhailo Mudryk played well against Manchester City at Stamford Bridge in London in the Premier League on Sunday.
While I do not think that Palmer had one of his best games for Chelsea, the 21-year-old did score a late penalty and almost scored a brilliant solo goal.
Palmer, who joined Chelsea from City in the summer transfer window and can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger, was very lively throughout his time on the pitch and was always looking to make things happen.
Mykhailo Mudryk has not been a massive success at Chelsea so far, but the Ukraine international winger did cause problems for City after he came on.
Mudryk looked very confident on the ball and put the City defenders under pressure.
