Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has raved about reported Liverpool target Jude Bellingham on DAZN Canada.
Liverpool have been linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund.
On August 17, The Daily Mail claimed that the Liverpool hierarchy are expecting to sign the England international, but that a deal for the Dortmund midfielder would not be possible until the summer of 2023, as covered by HITC Sport.

In our opinion, Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham would be a brilliant signing for Liverpool in the summer of 2023.
The former Birmingham City youngster is only 19 now, but he is already a regular for Dortmund and in the England squad.
The teenager has played 15 times for England so far in his career.
Bellingham has made five appearances in the Bundesliga and has scored one goal in one UEFA Champions League match for Dortmund so far this season.
The Englishman scored three goals and provided eight assists in 32 Bundesliga appearances, and scored two goals and gave one assist in two UEFA Europa League matches last season.
Now, Dortmund would want a lot of money in transfer fees for Bellingham, but it would be worth the investment for Liverpool.
