Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur and Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea have been linked with Milan Skriniar, but it seems that it is Paris Saint-Germain who are the most determined club to sign the Inter Milan central defender.
Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur linked with Milan Skriniar
CM reported last month that Chelsea and PSG are keen on signing Skriniar from Inter in the summer transfer window.
The Blues are reportedly ready to pay €50 million (£42 million) for the 27-year-old Slovakia international central defender.
Il Messaggero also reported last month that Tottenham are interested in signing Skriniar from Inter in the summer transfer window.
Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte worked with Skriniar at Inter.
New PSG bid incoming
La Gazzetta dello Sport are now reporting that PSG are about to make a new bid for the Slovakian.
The report in the Italian publication has claimed that Chelsea are now looking for cheaper options, with Inter demanding €70 million (£59.03 million) for the defender.

Blues and Spurs to miss out?
In our view, if Inter Milan do not lower their asking price for Milan Skriniar, then Paris Saint-Germain will win the race for the defender ahead of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur.
We do not think that Chelsea or Spurs will pay €70 million (£59.03 million) for the defender now, especially as they already have good centre-backs.
PSG are a very wealthy club, and the defending French champions can afford to pay what Inter are asking for Skriniar.
