Some Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Joe Willock for Newcastle United against Manchester City.

Willock, on loan at Newcastle from Arsenal, was in action for the Magpies in the Premier League game against City at St. James’ park on Friday evening.

The English midfielder scored in the 62nd minute and had a very good game on a personal level, although Steve Bruce’s side lost 4-3.

The 21-year-old has been scoring important goals for Newcastle from midfield and has established himself as an important player in the team.

Willock has scored six goals in 12 Premier League matches for the Magpies.

Newcastle manager Bruce has already said that he wants to keep Willock at the club next season, but Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta may have other plans.

Willock’s ability to score goals from midfield is something that Arteta will surely look to tap into.

Arsenal do not have midfielders who can score as regularly as Willock is doing at the moment.

However, if the Gunners want to sell Willock, then cashing in on him this summer could get them millions.

After all, the 21-year-old is playing well for Newcastle and is showing that he can hold his own in the Premier League.

Some Arsenal fans were impressed by Willock’s latest performance and believe that his price-tag is going up.
