Leeds United will be looking to build on the win against Everton with victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge this weekend.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side returned to winning ways in the Premier League last weekend when they got the better of Everton 1-0 away from home at Goodison Park.

It was a very good performance from the Whites, who were probably unlucky not to score more than one goal.

Winning against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in London in the league on Saturday evening is going to be hard, but Leeds will be confident heading into the match.

Bielsa is not known for making too many changes unless he absolutely has to, and it is very likely that he will start with the same team that won against the Toffees.

Ezgjan Alioski started the match against Everton at left-back, and the North Macedonia international is likely to be deployed in the same position.

Raphinha was brilliant for Leeds against Everton, and the 23-year-old Brazilian winger – described as “exciting” by ex-White striker Noel Whelan on BBC Radio Leeds (10:10pm, October 23, 2020) – is likely to make his third Premier League start of the season against Chelsea.

Patrick Bamford will lead the line again for Leeds, while Stuart Dallas will show his versatility once more by playing in midfield.
