Some Arsenal fans on social media are getting rather excited after The Telegraph reported that they’re interested in a move for Moussa Dembele.
The Lyon striker has spent this season out on loan at Atletico Madrid, but upon his return to France it seems as though he’ll be on the market.
The Gunners are reportedly keen to bring the striker in, and it’s reported that he would cost around £25m.
Dembele has of course played in England before, turning out for Fulham before moving north of the border to join Celtic where he really made his name.
Dembele has since proven himself to be a top-level striker, netting some crucial goals in the Champions League, including an unforgettable brace against Manchester City last season.
It remains to be seen whether or not Arsenal sign Dembele, but if he came in he’d certainly be a popular signing amongst the fanbase.
