Declan Rice was one of the best players on the pitch. The 25-year-old England international midfielder gave two assists and scored a goal. Paul Scholes was impressed.

Rice did not celebrate his goal against his former club. The midfielder left West Ham for Arsenal in the summer of 2023. The Gunners paid an initial transfer fee of £100 million for the 25-year-old, who can also play as a defender.

Piers Morgan impressed

As you can see, Piers Morgan was full of praise for Rice. The Arsenal fan and TV personality, who wants the Gunners to sell Kai Havertz and Eddie Nketiah, thinks that the midfielder is the buy of the century.
