Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has raved about Palmeiras wonderkid Endrick on ESPN, amid rumours linking the Brazilian with Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur and Eddie Howe’s Newcastle United.
Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola said on his YouTube channel last week that Tottenham, Newcastle and Paris Saint-Germain all are interested in signing the 16-year-old Brazilian forward.
Tottenham, Newcastle and PSG all are reportedly prepared to bid for Endrick.
However, since the forward is only 16 now, he will not be able to move to any club in Europe until he turns 18.
A club in Europe, though, could reach an agreement with Palmeiras now and then bring him over when he is 18.
And Arsenal striker Jesus seems to think that the teenager is a gem, saying that he was shocked to see how good he is in training.

Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus on Tottenham and Newcastle target Endrick
Jesus said about Endrick: “I’ve been following Endrick a lot. During the time I was training at the (Palmeiras) Academy when I was coming back from injury, Zé Roberto introduced us.
“Then I saw him on the field… Wow, he’s a star! Phenomenon!”
The Arsenal striker added: “I’m really rooting for him. I think Palmeiras are doing well to put him in training and take him to games.”
Arsenal should make a move
In our opinion, Arsenal should make a move for Endrick and get the Brazilian forward ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United.
Jesus knows the Brazilian forward well, and Arsenal Technical Director Edu is well connected in his native Brazil.
The Gunners do have a strong Brazilian contingent, and Endrick could be tempted to move to the North London club.
Now, of course, Arsenal will have to wait until Endrick turns 18 to bring him over, but they could at least try to reach an agreement with Palmeiras now.
BBC Sport on February 8, 2022 that Arsenal were among the clubs who scouted the teenager on January 19, 2022.
