PSG are reportedly the favourites to sign 16-year-old Brazilian wonderkid Endrick, who Tottenham are set to bid for soon to claim the attacker’s services when he is legally allowed to move to Europe.

According to Brazilian journalist Jorge Nicola, the Ligue 1 champions currently sit in the driving seat to sign the teenage forward, who has established himself in the past few months as one of South America’s most exciting talents and a player who could become a superstar on a global stage.

Endrick’s youth record of 165 goals caught the attention of many worldwide football fans, and since the attacker’s breakout performances earlier this year, the majority of Europe’s elite are now queuing up to sign the youngster, with PSG leading the charge.

As per Nicola, Tottenham, as well as Manchester United and Newcastle United, are all preparing bids to sign Endrick, who isn’t legally allowed to move to Europe until the age of 18, however, clubs can still reach an agreement with Palmeiras for the wonderkid’s services.

With Arsenal and Liverpool also reportedly scouting Endrick as well as Manchester City, the battle to sign the attacker is heating up, and for Tottenham, actually landing the winger, who could soon be worth as much as a reported £51m due to a release clause, will be one heck of a task for the north London side.

Indeed, Endrick is one of the most well-known teenagers currently playing in world football, and for Tottenham of all clubs to win the race for the youngster would be quite the feat, especially with PSG seemingly in the lead to land the Brazilian.

PSG signing Endrick could be their biggest move since Neymar

Real Madrid showed with Vinicius Junior that gambling big on Brazil’s next wonderkid can pay off in a big way, and PSG making a similar move for Endrick could follow a similar story, with the Palmeiras sensation arguably the most hyped South American teenager since the days of Neymar.

With the Brazil captain already on PSG’s books, the French giants landing Endrick would be the club’s biggest move since they signed Neymar, and for teams like Tottenham, even attempting to recruit the youngster seems out of their reach given how much interest there now is.
