Rangers moved another step closer to the title with a 4-1 win against Dundee United

Joe Aribo is the name on every Rangers’ fan’s lips after a superb performance against Dundee United on Sunday.
He was involved in most of the home side’s attacking play at Ibrox, and was rewarded for his efforts with the Man of the Match award.
Aribo’s shot was diverted into the net by Ianis Hagi to give Rangers the lead after 35 minutes, but there was no luck involved in his tremendous strike to make it 3-0 in the second half.

The other goals in a 4-1 win for Steven Gerrard’s men came from Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos, but it was the 24-year-old midfielder’s powerful effort that stood out.
The win put Rangers 18 points ahead, with Celtic’s away match against Ross County kicking off at 7.30pm on Sunday night.
These fans were mightily impressed with the former Charlton man’s contribution.
Speaking on Rangers TV after the match, ex-Rangers winger Neil McCann and former Scotland boss Shelley Kerr were full of praise for the Nigeria international.
McCann said: “Footballers will know, you catch things like that very few times, and you just know when you catch one as sweet as that, that it doesn’t matter if the keeper’s going there, he’s just making it look good because he’s not stopping it.”
Kerr added: “I think for me it was more about his overall performance. To gloss it up by getting a goal of such good quality, it epitomised his performance today because he deserved a goal.

“He was instrumental in everything that Rangers did in the final third.”
Rangers are next in action on Thursday when they welcome Royal Antwerp to Ibrox for the second leg of their Europa League round of 32 tie.
