Curtis Woodhouse has said on Twitter that Rangers should appoint Sean Dyche as their new manager following the departure of Giovanni van Bronckhorst from Ibrox.
Rangers have sacked Van Bronckhorst as their manager following a run of poor results.
The Gers are as many as nine points behind leaders and bitter Old Firm rivals Celtic in second place in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment.
Rangers also lost all six of their UEFA Champions League group matches this campaign.
Former Sheffield United and Birmingham City midfielder Woodhouse believes that Dyche would be the perfect manager for Rangers.
The former Premier League player, who is a Rangers fan, has said that he has given the matter quite a bit of thought, and has come to the conclusion that Dyche is the man to take the former Scottish Premiership champions forward.
Dyche has managed English clubs Watford and Burnley so far in his career.
The 51-year-old Englishman kept Burnley in the Premier League for years.
Dyche was sacked as the manager of the Clarets in April 2022.
He has been without a managerial job since.
