Ben Foster thinks in ‘another year or two’, Amadou Onana, will leave Everton and move ‘higher up the Premier League’.
The former Premier League goalkeeper added that Amadou Onana is a ‘dream player’ for someone like Sean Dyche.
Everton paid big bucks for the 21-year-old in the summer, and whilst he has faired well, it’s been another relegation battle for the club.

What’s made him even more popular is his decision to stay at the club in January – there was rumoured interest from Arsenal, but he didn’t want to leave.
But, if Onana continues down his current road, then Foster thinks it will only be a matter of time before he is ‘packing his bags’, as he told the Premier League.
“He is probably a dream player for Sean Dyche, really,” said Foster. “When you have got somebody like Onana in that defensive midfield role.
“He’s probably just that safety net that the defenders behind him, who have had a bit of a tough season, that’s the kind of player they need in front of him.
“The top teams will always need a defensive midfielder, so it wouldn’t surprise me, given another year or two, that he might be packing his bags and going somewhere a bit higher up the league, unfortunately for Everton.”

EVERTON SURVIVAL
That’s the short-term aim for the club, before they can try to sort out their current mess in the summer.
There needs to be a long-term plan in place at Goodison Park, that can help move the club forward.
If that happens, then Everton can challenge for Europe again, and keep players like Onana, but for now, it’s all about avoiding that dreaded drop.
