Nottingham Forest are being linked with a £2 million move for the Oxford United winger.

Oxford United fans are reacting to reports linking Gavin Whyte with Nottingham Forest.
According to Sunday Life Sport, Forest are ready to bid £2 million for the Northern Irish winger.
United paid around £100,000 for Whyte during last summer’s transfer window, but the 23-year-old has made a mockery of the fee received by his former club, Crusaders, scoring or assisting 16 goals in 47 games.
And several of a U’s persuasion believe he’s worth even more than the figure being mentioned this time around.
This is what they’re saying on Twitter…
Whyte could be tasked with replacing Joe Lolley at Nottingham Forest, after the winger was strongly linked with a move to his boyhood club, Aston Villa.
Lolley scored or made 23 goals in 51 games in his first full season for Forest, whom he joined from Huddersfield Town 18 months ago.

Whyte still has two years left to run on his Oxford United contract.
Would the Oxford United winger be a good addition for Nottingham Forest?
