If rumours are believed, Willian is definitely leaving Arsenal this summer.

The Brazilian winger has been linked with an early exit from North London and according to Fabrizio Romano, he is ‘100 percent‘ going to be plying his trade elsewhere from next term.

Listen, Willian had a pretty terrible first season at the Emirates Stadium.

But he will still have to be replaced and it’ll be interesting to see if Edu takes another look at one of his targets from 2019.

Arsenal are reported to have wanted to sign Ismaila Sarr two years ago [The Sun], but he wound up joining Watford in a club-record £40 million deal.

The Hornets won’t want to lose him after just winning promotion back to the Premier League.

But if Arsenal want him, they could certainly get him and especially if Eddie Nketiah is included in the deal.

The Mirror reported on Saturday that the newly-promoted Londoners wanted to sign the 22-year-old striker this summer.

And a player-plus-cash deal is a potential avenue to explore for Arsenal.

With Nketiah valued at £15 million, the Emirates Stadium side wouldn’t have to break the bank to bring Sarr to North London.

Of course, there is nothing to say that Edu will take another run at the player, but he and Mikel Arteta absolutely must replace Willian – and replace him with a much better winger, too.

Sarr fits the bill on that account.
