Serge Gnabry has been linked with a return to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, and the Emirates Stadium faithful will surely be delighted to read Marca’s latest claim on Real Madrid’s stance on the Bayern Munich winger.
Bild journalist Christian Falk reported last month that Arsenal are interested in re-signing Gnabry in the summer transfer window, and that the winger himself is open to a return to the Gunners.
Arsenal offloaded the 26-year-old Germany international in 2016, but following his impressive performances for Bayern in recent years, the Gunners reportedly want him back.
Sky Germany have reported interest from Arsenal as well as from Real Madrid in Gnabry.
Real Madrid stance on Arsenal target Serge Gnabry
However, over in Spain, they have a different take on the situation.
Marca have reported that Madrid have no interest in Gnabry, and that the European champions have made no contact to sign the Bayern star.

The well-known Spanish publication have pointed out that Madrid are well stocked in wide areas and do not need to sign another winger.
Boost
And this, in our view, is a boost to Arsenal’s chances of signing Gnabry.
Now, of course, with no Champions League football, Arsenal are not very appealing, but Gnabry is a former player of the North London club and could be tempted to return to the Emirates Stadium.
Gnabry might think that he has unfinished business at Arsenal, and perhaps he could feel that he could be the one to lead the Gunners back to their glory days.
