Maurizio Pochettino has told the Rising Baller’s official Instagram story that Tottenham midfielder, Olivier Skipp, is the best player he has played with.
Up until recently, Pochettino Jnr. was on Tottenham’s books before he was let go and he is now trying to breakthrough at newly-promoted Watford.
As for Skipp himself, he enjoyed a fruitful spell on loan at Norwich this season, who pipped the Hornets to the Championship title.
And Pochettino Jnr believes that his former academy teammate had a ‘great season’ with Norwich after he was asked to name ‘who is the best player he has played with?’.
“One of the best players I have played with is Oliver Skipp or Skippy,” said Pochettino.
“He has had a great season at Norwich. And he’s a great guy too.”

Skipp is due to return to Tottenham next season and he will be hoping, whoever the manager, they offer him a chance at some first-team minutes.
The 20-year-old deserves his shot because it’s not like Tottenham’s midfield is brimming with confidence and full-blown quality.
Not only that, he was one of the standout performers, not just for a Norwich team that walked the Championship, but in the whole division itself.
If crazy events do unfold then the man who handed Skipp his Tottenham debut – Mauricio Pochettino himself – may well be the one deciding if he’s in the first team next season.
That’s if Daniel Levy can pull off the remarkable and bring Pochettino back to the club, with the attack-minded coach recently losing the Ligue 1 title with Paris Saint Germain.
