Olympiacos are reportedly interested in signing Canadian international Cyle Larin, with Tottenham and West Ham both keen on the striker as well.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Greek giants are looking at the Besiktas attacker as a potential summer signing, with Larin set to leave Turkey at the end of this month once his contract comes to an end.
The 27-year-old has long been linked with a move away from Istanbul, with Tottenham and West Ham the most recent Premier League sides to be reported with an interest in the former Orlando City star.
Able to play as a centre-forward or out on the left, Larin has been productive for Besiktas in the past two seasons, with the Canadian bagging 31 goals across the previous few campaigns and establishing himself as one of the best attackers outside of Europe’s top five leagues.

Indeed, Greece would be an interesting move for Larin given the quality of the division and how impressive the attacker has been in Turkey, as well as Canada preparing to compete in their first FIFA World Cup this century in Qatar.
Whilst Tottenham and West Ham might have cooled their interest in Larin, there’s no denying that the forward would be a smart signing for either Premier League side, and the attacker would prefer a move to England over Olympiacos.
Premier League sides can’t allow Olympiacos to sign Larin

With Larin hitting the prime of his career and about to lead the line for Canada in the World Cup at the end of the year, moving to Greece would seem like a backwards step for the 27-year-old, who has impressed in MLS and the Turkish Super Lig, with the Premier League an obvious next move for the forward.
Whilst Olympiacos are a big club, the likes of Tottenham and West Ham should be looking at signing Larin this summer, especially with the 51-cap Canadian star more than capable of competing in the English top-flight and ready to show his quality for a major side.
