Sampdoria are about to make a bid for Tottenham Hotspur winger Bryan Gil, according to SampNews24.
The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte does not want Gil in his squad for next season.
Italian outfit Sampdoria are about to make a new loan offer to sign the 21-year-old Spain international winger Tottenham paid £21.6 million plus Erik Lamela to Sevilla for in July 2021 (The Athletic).
Tottenham Hotspur exit makes sense for Bryan Gil
In our view, it would make sense for Tottenham Hotspur to part company with Bryan Gil this summer, even it be on loan.
Tottenham head coach Antonio Conte has previously said that Gil does not have the physicality to succeed in the Premier League.

The 21-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Valencia from Spurs.
Gil made nine starts and four substitute appearances in La Liga for Los Che last season.
The winger gave one assist in those games.
If Sampdoria want to sign Gil on loan, then they surely have plans to use him regularly, and that should suit both the winger and Tottenham.
After all, there is no point in Gil staying at Tottenham next season and not playing.
