TalkSPORT journalist Alex Crook has reported on Twitter that West Ham United have now decided not to sell Aston Villa target Craig Dawson to Wolverhampton Wanderers on the final of the summer transfer window.

The well-known and well-respected journalist has claimed that West Ham have decided to keep Dawson at the club after missing out on the signing of Jan Bednarek.
The Athletic have reported this afternoon that Villa have won the race for Southampton centre-back Bednarek.
The Villans have reportedly reached an agreement with Southampton over a deal for the 26-year-old defender.
The report has added that West Ham were close to reaching an agreement for the £60,000-a-week star, but the player himself has chosen Villa over the Hammers and will undergo a medical soon.
It seems that West Ham’s failure to sign Bednarek has convinced them not to let Dawson leave for Wolves today.
Interestingly, Dawson – who earns £52,000 per week as salary at the moment (SalarySport) – has been linked with Villa as well.
Earlier this week, The Sun reported that the Villans had made an approach to West Ham over signing the defender.
It will be interesting to see how Dawson feels now and how he reacts to his potential move to Wolves being called off.
