Some Arsenal fans have responded to Gary Lineker’s post on Twitter about the free-kick goal that Martin Odegaard scored against Burnley today.
What’s the story?
Arsenal were playing against Burnley away from home at Turf Moor in the Premier League today.
Odegaard, who joined the Gunners on a permanent contract from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, featured in the game.
The 22-year-old Norway international scored from a direct free kick on the half-hour mark, leaving former Arsenal star Paul Merson hugely impressed.
Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Lineker was impressed by Odegaard’s goal as well.

However, as you can see from his tweet below, the BBC Match of the Day presenter thought that the game was against Norwich City, not Burnley.
Arsenal played against Norwich last weekend.
Mikel Arteta’s side won 1-0.
What are Arsenal fans saying?
As you can see from the tweets below, Arsenal fans were quick to point out the mistake from Lineker.
Well, some of them anyway.
The goal from Odegaard was the difference between Arsenal and Burnley.
The Gunners won 1-0, and the fans must be delighted with the final result.
