Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo sat down to address the media in the aftermath of his side’s fine 1-0 win over Birmingham City in the Championship last night, and shared one thing that disappointed him about his team’s victory, as quoted by the club’s official website.
The Black Country outfit stretched their lead over Cardiff City at the top of the table to four points with last night’s win, and there is no sign of Nuno’s men slowing down in their quest to gain promotion back to the Premier League.
The Portuguese has totally transformed a group of underperforming players into a more unified outfit, and for that the Portuguese deserves great credit.

The 43-year-old sat down for his post-match conference last night, and perhaps offered a glimpse into the type of mentality that he has instilled at Wolves, as quoted by Wolves.co.uk:
“A second goal would have changed everything. It would have made us more comfortable and given us the opportunity to play better. We had chances so we must take credit for creating chances against a tough opponent.”
Next up for Nuno’s men is a home game against Championship strugglers Sunderland, but with Chris Coleman now at the helm on Wearside, Wolves will have to be at their very best both physically and mentally, if they are to win the match.
